OverviewOnce you are within 100MB (Sprint) or 20MB (GSM SIM's) of the plan limit, FreedomPop will automatically charge the payment method on file $15.00 in account credit to cover for potential overages. This would be 900MB/1000MB for Sprint devices or 680MB/700MB for the LTE SIM on the Free Plan. Top-Up can be permanently disabled by adding $5.00 in account credit to your account. Once disabled, Top-Up will never charge you when nearing the plan limit. Disabling Top-UpIn order to disable Top-Up, you’ll need to head over to the Billing Settings page and move the slider from "Enabled" to "Disabled". A window will pop up indicating that you must add $5.00 in account credit to disable the feature. Confirm by hitting “ADD CREDIT” and the page will refresh with Top-Up disabled. The feature will never need to disabled again in the future. If you haven't already, then check-out our tutorial on how to Downgrade Services and Downgrade Plan! UPDATE: FreedomPop confirmed they implemented overage forgiveness. If you have Top-Up disabled, you will not be charged at all for any overages. They also will no longer pause accounts that are within 100MB from the plan limit. So you can now use up to the full allotment with no issues, and you also will not have to worry about getting charged for going over the limit before their system pauses the account. It's now on them. Buy the LTE SIM from FreedomPop! - Currently $0.01
